About Raghuram Ananthoj

Mr. Raghuram Ananthoj is an EVP & the India CEO of Learning Analytic Pte. Ltd., with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology across global markets, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. He has led and managed large-scale IT projects, specializing in IT Delivery, Portfolio Management, ERP Implementations, and Mergers & Acquisitions, including the Dell/EMC merger and the Dell/NTT Data divestiture. With 13+ years at Dell, Raghuram has been instrumental in managing ERP projects and global rollouts, earning multiple awards such as the Michael Dell Champion Award and the GOLD Award.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Raghuram is a social entrepreneur and founder of the Read India Celebration, also a partner with the Ministry of School Education, Government of Maharashtra, for the MahaVachanUtsav 2023 (70,000+ schools & 5 Million+ students participation) & MahaVachanUtsav2024 (1,03,300+ Schools & ~9.5 millions students participation) initiative, the world’s largest non-academic book reading program. He is also a motivational speaker, author, and a life skills & leadership coach, having conducted over 250 workshops worldwide. A former professional cricketer, he was part of the Hyderabad Ranji Trophy team and holds a record for scoring 6 fours in an over in the All-India Inter-University Cricket Tournament. Raghuram holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from CBIT, Osmania University.
